Network Setting
We run campaigns on the search engine site (such as Google.com) or on the content network. Performance varies greatly by campaign type and goal, but we will make sure that your campaign is running to achieve maximum performance.

Conversion Tracking Implementation
Google AdWords pixel tracks conversions such as a sale, a lead form submission, an email subscription, or a click to another page. RMM’s LeadTracker captures all lead form information in a secure and searchable database. Clients have login access to all leads as well as the option to receive emails after each individual lead.

Does SEM work?
SEM generates online leads and builds brand awareness at point of purchase. Bidding on a keyword pertaining to your client's industry and receiving top billing for your product category's keywords pushes your client's brand to the consumer's top-of-mind while your consumer is actively searching for your client's product category.

How does PPC Advertising work?
We create a list of keywords relevant to your business, then bid on them to be placed within the major search engines. When your keyword is searched, your ad displays. Then, you only pay for each click on your ad.

Why should I outsource PPC advertising? Can’t I do it on my own?
You can fix your own car, build your own house, or grow your own veggies, but it’s more cost efficient, and often times more effective, to leave it up to experts. Industry-wide clients get 25% more conversions if they let professionals deal with their SEM accounts.

Can you do behavioral PPC targeting?
Yes, through Google and Yahoo we can provide behavioral targeting within their content networks. These ads will display on sites that are partners of Google and Yahoo, but not on Google's or Yahoo's direct search engine.

Why do you offer cost per click pricing?
Most just offer a management fee. We offer a cost-per-click pricing model so that you can have a predictable per person cost for visitors to your website. By sharing risk with you, we are motivated to keep costs low. We do offer a management-fee-based pricing model as well, so that each customer can choose the model that best fits their situation.

Will you guarantee the number of clicks I get?
We cannot guarantee what happens in the search engines because it is totally based on the number of times relevant keywords are searched. We can provide an estimate, but it will not always be accurate.

What reports do you provide? How are your reports different from Google reports?
We provide consolidated and customized reports combining the data from all the campaigns based on your requirements. Some clients want daily reports while others just request them monthly. We have a wide variety of standard and custom reporting options to suit your needs.

How do you perform geo-targeting?
Geo-targeting is based on the IP address of the visitor’s computer. We can use this information to target audiences down to their zip code. Most of our clients do geo-targeting by country, state, or city depending on where their target customers are located.

What type of clients do you do SEM for?
Our clients range from Fortune 500 national brands to small local businesses. Many of our clients also have an advertising agency. In that case, we can work directly with the agency to ensure that the PPC advertising fits into the overall advertising campaign.

How do you get the keyword list?
We supplement our own research efforts with various automated tools to help create a targeted list including brand, industry, competitor, and other relevant keywords.

How long have you been doing SEM?

Where do the ads appear?
The PPC ads appear on the right hand side of the main search engine pages (such as Google.com). Sometimes they will appear on the top of the left hand column. If your ad is run on the content network (this choice is up to you), you can also have your ad display on pages with text that is relevant to your ad, such as a blog or related website.

What results should I expect?
You can expect approximately the number of visitors we predicted to come to your website. What they do once they are there depends greatly on your website's level of engagement. RMM can track post-click activity such as online purchases, filled out lead forms, or email subscriptions.

Can I see my ad running?
Yes, we will provide for you a tool that lets you simulate Google searches anywhere in the world and see what ads are currently displaying. Sometimes, if you have a limited budget or use day-parting, your ad will only display for part of the day.

Can you track post-click activity?
By placing tracking pixels on strategic pages on your website, we are able to track and provide reporting on post-click activity. This activity includes sales, registrations, leads, information requests, etc.

Can you build landing pages for my campaign?
Yes, a typical landing page costs $1000 for the first and $500 for each additional. Our creative team will work with you to make sure the page is optimized to achieve your goals.

Can you track leads for my campaign?
Yes, using our Lead Tracker technology we can capture and provide instant notification to you upon receipt of a lead. In addition, we provide you a login to a lead management system that contains all the collected data from your prospects. There is a one-time fee of $500 for the set-up and implementation of LeadTracker.

How soon can I get started?
We can typically get you an Insertion Order with 24 hours and get you started within 24-48 hours of credit approval.

What is your credit approval process?
RMM requires completed, signed credit applications from all customers in order to establish Net billing terms. The customer must complete and sign the RMM Credit Application or provide their Company Information sheet and a signed RMM Credit Application. The approval process typically takes about 3 business days. Typically, the turnaround time for credit references is 24 hours, but the banks require 48-72 hours to respond. The customer may prepay a campaign, or at least part of a campaign, to get things running until the credit process is complete. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, wire transfer and company checks for pre-payments.

Do you give discounts for pre-payment?
Yes, we offer a 3% discount for pre-payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and company checks.
